Overview

This project involves the design, supply, fabrication, testing, and delivery of a single-wall above-ground fuel storage tank with a capacity of 50,000 liters. The tank will comply with UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certification and be stamped accordingly. The scope focuses on providing a high-quality, tested product ready for deployment.

Scope of Project

1. Design

Conduct initial consultations to confirm project requirements and specifications.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings for the tank, including:
- Tank dimensions and structural details.
- Specifications for fittings, valves, and accessories.
- Compliance with UL standards and local regulations.
Submit design documents for client approval and regulatory compliance.

2. Supply

Source all materials required for tank fabrication, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
Include all necessary components such as:
- Fill and vent nozzles.
- Manways and access points.
- UL-compliant valves and fittings.
- Overfill protection provisions.
Provide documentation of UL certification for all materials and components.

3. Fabrication

Fabricate the tank at a certified facility, adhering to approved design specifications.
Ensure compliance with UL standards throughout the fabrication process.
Apply anti-corrosion coatings or finishes as required by the client.

4. Testing

Conduct rigorous quality control checks during and after fabrication.
Perform hydrostatic and pressure tests to verify the tank's structural integrity and compliance with UL requirements.
Document all test results and provide a final inspection report.

5. Delivery

Prepare the tank for transport, ensuring safety and protection during shipping.
Arrange for delivery to the specified site, including all necessary logistics coordination.
Provide a checklist and documentation for receiving and inspection at the delivery point.
