The objective of this project is to manufacture, supply, fabricate, install, and commission a GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) fire water piping system for the QAFCO-3 plant. This project aims to deliver a robust, corrosion-resistant, and reliable fire water piping system that meets the plant's safety and operational requirements. The scope includes the provision of high-quality materials, precise fabrication, efficient installation, and thorough testing and commissioning to ensure the system’s performance, durability, and compliance with applicable industry standards.
• Replacement of 3KMs of the underground firewater network @ Qafco-3 plant.
• Supply of GRE piping and fittings.
• 1000hrs material pre-qualification test.
• Excavation, concrete breaking, bidding, backfilling, and casting of new concrete slabs.
• Installation of temporary hoses to keep the fire water system online during the installation phase.
• Installation of GRE materials.
• Testing & commissioning.
