The project focuses on the Secondary Isolation Provision for the seawater piping system, aimed at enhancing operational safety, reliability, and system control. This involves the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of isolation mechanisms, including valves and related components, to enable efficient sectional control and maintenance of the seawater system. The scope ensures minimal disruption to plant operations while improving the system's ability to isolate and manage flow during routine maintenance or emergency scenarios. The project will adhere to stringent quality and safety standards, ensuring the long-term integrity and performance of the seawater piping system.

Scope of Work

• HAZOP study

• Constructability study

• Supplying of GRV Flanges (1200mm, 1000mm, 800mm, 450mm)

• Pre-fabrication of GRV spools

• Hydro-testing

• Installation of the GRV spools at site

• Installation of new secondary isolation valves

• Commissioning

• Construction and supplying of valve pedestals

• Construction of new valve chamber

• Dewatering
