Overview

The objective of this project is to ensure the successful installation and commissioning of the GRVE-ECTFE dual laminate system for theP-810158 CSRL Replacement Project. This includes pre-qualifying skilled plastic welders and laminators, supplying necessary materials, pre-fabricating dual laminate spools, conducting hydro-testing and spark testing, and completing the installation and commissioning with high-quality standards to ensure long-term system reliability and performance.

Scope of Work

• Pre-qualification of plastic welders & laminators.

• Supplying of lamination kits & plastic welding rods.

• Pre-fabrication of dual laminate spools (GRVE-ECTFE).

• Hydro-testing.

• Spark test.

• Installation of dual laminate material.

• Commissioning.
